Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your item but just incase you don’t, these are the conditions:

PLS NOTE:  Due to COVID-19 there are currently no exchanges or returns on orders.

Items are only reserved when payment is received.

We offer exchanges only and no refunds.

There are no exchanges on bikinis and thong body suits.

We should be notified within 2 hours of delivery/pick up if you’ll be doing and exchange, afterwards an exchange is not possible.

The item for exchange must be returned within the stated time frame given to you upon notifying us of an exchange.

Please do your best to handle and repackage the item with care. Any item returned must be returned in a sellable condition – this means that it must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, free of makeup, deodorant and perfume. All tags and labels must be intact.

Any item received that isn’t in this condition would not be valid for an exchange.

No returns on white items.

We do not cover the exchange delivery costs.
